Valkyrie Electric LLC provides residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Florida. Our services include but are not limited to electrical installation, repair, maintenance, emergency services, generator installation, and energy management solutions.

Licensing and Insurance

Valkyrie Electric LLC is a fully licensed and insured electrical contractor in the State of Florida. Our license number is EC13015439. We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection.

Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during the work.
• Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
• Emergency service calls may be subject to additional fees as disclosed at the time of service.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For larger projects, we may require a deposit and progress payments as outlined in the project agreement.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Florida law.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with the following warranty coverage:

• Labor Warranty: One (1) year warranty on all labor performed by Valkyrie Electric LLC.
• Materials Warranty: Materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your electrical needs and property
• Ensure safe access to work areas
• Obtain necessary permits if not included in our scope of work
• Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions
• Make timely payments as agreed

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valkyrie Electric LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service fee.
• For contracted projects, cancellation terms will be specified in the project agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sarasota County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.
